Andy Denton
I got kind of carried away stealing photos from Andy’s site. This one is Andy with one of his nieces.

Andy used to work as an Engineer doing project management on huge projects such as building US embassies in fun places like Tanzania, Bulgaria, and Kazakhstan.
His quote is ” I’m a sucker for a good beer, hot dogs, and hot women.”

Many of his photos were either fun, had tons of personality, and one of them was just beautiful.
Andy’s dad and brother purchased Realty.com from a kid in Charlotte North Carolina for a few thousand dollars back in 1994. Now Andy is part owner and controls Realty.com
I can’t wait to hear the whole story on that site.
Andy writes about the housing market on his realty blog.
I e-mailed Andy after he signed up telling him how excited I was that he is coming, because he is one of the more positive, upbeat people in our industry, and that he has an excellent reputation. He wrote back that he was a noob domainer, and I must have him confused with someone else. Nope, I know exactly who he is!
On Andy’s personal blog I was able to find all kinds of gems.

Here is an early picture of Andy. This is why girlfriends ask you not to put pictures of them on the Internet. It is because people like me will dig around your site till I find the good ones!
This next one is just a great picture of Andy and his bud.

Andy is also in charge of RealtyAgents.com which is a site full of tips for real estate agents.
Andy wrote about this next picture. It started out as a very mediocre picture of dull leaves. After he did a little photoshopping I found the result breathtaking. You can tell a lot about a person from their art.

Andy also has a site about foreclosures. These have become very popular in California lately. On this site you can buy a list of all of the foreclosures in an area for like 7 bucks.
Then I came across this one. It is not Andy, but you can also tell a lot about a person if you can see who raised them. Unless I totally missed my mark, these are Andy’s parents.
How happy do they look!
