This position involves helping me with just about anything you can imagine.

I will give the right person lots of responsibility, and challenging and interesting work.

I will warn you though, that most people who have applied for this spot have failed.

I am looking for someone who is one out of a thousand, maybe one out of ten thousand.

If you are really up for a challenge, and you think you might be the one, then follow the steps below.

I need someone with perfect English, or at least almost perfect.

Follow each of the steps below in the exact order.

Don’t skip any steps.

Do them exactly.

If I am dissatisfied with how you do any of the steps, then I will let you know that the interview is over.

If you are really interested, please do the following.

And do it quick, I need someone who can get things done quickly.

Once you start this process, I expect you to work on this 8 hours per day until you are done.

If you can’t work on it 8 hours per day because you are working somewhere else,

let me know at the beginning and I will take that into account.

After the first few steps, if I keep you continuing, you will be paid for each step.

The pay rate is $300 per month to start.

You will be paid $16 for each of the sections you complete as described below.

Before you go on, please make absolutely sure you understand the above, then move quickly, 8 hours per day on this.

Here are the steps:

0. Keep a copy of the add you first saw about this job. You will need this later on.

1. Write me about who you are, and what you are interested in.

2. Send me an email introducing yourself, and put in the subject line your name,

followed by the line, I am starting.

3. As you complete each of these steps, send me an email, put your name in the

beginning of the subject line, and let me know that you completed the step.

Let me know which step it was, and if there is something you did online,

put a link to that thing so I can see that you did it.

Do this for every step, step 0, step 1, step 2, step 3 and on, including this one.

Do the steps in order, and don’t skip any of them.

4. Get a Gravatar and set it up with an email that you can use online.

5. Go read about me on this page.

6. Go this story about me on my other site.

7. Go to PurposeInc.com, my site, and read and comment on the last 10 posts.

8. Make sure you have a paypal account set up, and if not, then create one.

9. Send me a copy of the original ad you responded to, so I can remember what the pay rate is.

10. Ask me to pay you for one days work, $16. (The job if hired will be $300 per calender month for full time)

If I decide to end the job interview I won’t pay you. If I want you to continue I will.

11. Find an unused twitter name that you can set up an account for.
Find one that seems fun and friendly for someone living in San Diego.
Do not have San Diego in the name.
Make the name simple, and not having any numbers.

12. Have me approve the name.

13. Create the twitter account with that name. (This will be the property of my company, Purpose Inc.)

14. Create a gmail account with the same name that the twitter account is registered with. (This will be the property of my company, Purpose Inc.)

15. Send me the log in information for both the twitter and gmail accounts.

16. Get 30 followers on this twitter account.

17. Create a blog at wordpress.com and write 10 blog posts about the neighborhood you live in.

19. Find someone else who has a blog, and get them to link to your blog.

20. Ask me to pay you for work done if I want you to continue. (This will be another $16 payment)

21. Set up a voice mail account that I can leave a message at. It is o.k. if it is a long distance call for me.
Try to find a free service, if you need a small amount of money for the service, please ask me for it.

22. Have me leave you a voice message that I will use for a new blog post for purposeinc.com.

23. Transcribe this message for me perfectly. Feel free to ask me questions to make sure it is perfect.

24. Ask me to pay you for work done if I want you to continue. (This will be another $16 payment)

25. Let me know that you have completed all of the steps.

26. Ask me if I need you to do more testing or if you are hired.
