update 9/4/08 - We will have SUV’s available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning to take people back and forth to the airport. People seem to be extending their trip in San Diego out in both directions earlier and later. If you need a ride any of the above times I will make sure you get where you need to, even if I have to drive you myself If a lot of people need to move at once, there may be a little delay. We are going to send out a survey to get everyone’s itinerary over the next week or two and then will be able to plan better with that. I can’t promise transportation yet on Thursday or late Monday, but I will do whatever I can to help!

We will have SUV’s to pick up the ThinkTankers from the airport and take them back to the airport. If for some reason too many people arrive at once, you may just have to wait a little while. Let me know as soon as you have your plane information the airline, flight numbers and expected arrival time. Also if there is a change make sure to let me know also.

There will also be SUV’s available with my staff manning them to take you around our little area of Del Mar, even though all of the places of the event will be within a 5 minute walk of each other. Ya get lazy, just give us a call and we will come pick you up. If everyone calls at once, it may just take a few minutes.

Once you are at the event, everything you will need is within a few minutes walk.

If you can get yourself to San Diego, we should be able to take care of the rest for you.

If you are bringing your spouse or kids, just let me know in advance so we can make arrangements for what you will need. Depending on what it is, there may be an additional charge.
