I first met Brian the exact second I arrived last year for the charity poker tournament. Brian walked up, never seen him in my life, and said something along the lines of “How can I help?” I like guys like this, no introduction necessary, just ready to move and get stuff done.

The next time I came across Brian was another strongly surprising moment. I had published all of the accounting of the poker tournament online, and Brian saw that there was a cash shortfall, that it had lost some money. One day I went to look at the accounting and saw that Brian had made an extra donation out of nowhere just to help out.

I am still waiting for Brian to give me more of a bio of what he does professionally. In my book, I still don’t know many details about him yet, but I know enough to know that he is the friend you want by your side in a tough pinch.
