Paul Lemberg

Paul Lemberg’s clients call him “the unreasonable consultant” because he helps them
see the unnecessary limits they place upon themselves, and encourages, cajoles, and
at times beats them over the head to take bold, sometimes uncomfortable and often
unreasonable actions to reach their most critical business goals. What results do they
get from taking such drastic measures? Sky-high profits, sustainable revenue growth,
systems breakthroughs and greater life satisfaction.
Over the years he has worked with executives and management teams from Accenture,
ABN/AMRO, Adobe, American Skandia Life, Bank of Montreal, Barclays, Cisco, Goldman
Sachs, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Lexis/Nexis, Mass Mutual, OpenText , SAIC, as well as
hundreds of companies whose names you’ll never know, but whose owners have used
Paul’s advice to earn millions and tens of millions.
Paul is CEO of Axcelus Advisors, and unreasonably claims to be run the world’s only
systematic business acceleration program helping entrepreneurs and executives
rapidly create faster-growing, profitable, and sustainable businesses for More
Profits and More Life. He is also the Executive Director of The Cras Tibi Foundation
(www.crastibifoundation.org), a non-profit that raises funds and makes grants to
microfinance organizations operating in developing countries.

In 1980, Paul started his first business with a partner and $3,000 of credit card debt, which
built mainframe software systems for international banks. A few years later, he sold it for
millions, and used the cash to start a second bank software company; in 1988, Vertex
Business Systems was sold to a large West German bank. After a brief and premature
retirement, he began his consulting, coaching, speaking and writing career.
Paul graduated from the University of Buffalo with a fine arts degree, studied at New
York University for an MBA, and is completing his PhD at California Coast University. He
is a member of American MENSA, which he says he joined simply because he could.
His newest book from McGraw-Hill is Be Unreasonable, How To Achieve Extraordinary
Business Success by Standing Conventional Wisdom On Its Head. His previous books
include Faster Than the Speed of Change (Akiba Press, 2000) and Earn Twice As
Much With Half the Stress (Morgan James, 2005). He has written over than a hundred
articles, many of which have appeared in national magazines, and can be found at
www.paullemberg.com More than 20,000 business leaders and entrepreneurs around
the world read his executive e-letter, Extraordinary Results. Of course, he is available for
